DP Management believes that a good show or conference experience starts with the registration experience. We strive to provide great customer service while offering an efficient registration process. We provide all necessary equipment. Staff persons are provided as required to service your registration needs. Our on-site services include: Training and direct supervision of your temporary staff or ours, immediate replacement of ‘lost’ badges without duplication, daily registration lists and statistical reports, other lists and statistical reports by demographic or other specialized criteria, as required by Show Management.

DP Management understands the complexities of the exposition business. Our event registration software offers the leading technology solution for event registration and attendee management. Coupled with people that know how to best utilize the technology and deliver results.


We will custom design a web registration site according to your specific needs. We can establish and host a secure web site to accept on-line advance registrations including credit card payments. Links would be provided to Show Management’s home site. Show Management must have an existing E-Commerce Merchant Account and provide DP Management with all necessary account and related information necessary to establish the web site with cashiering. If not, DP Management will establish the account for Show Management for an additional charge. On-line registrations will be automatically issued complete Confirmations including Conference Session registrations, Meal Functions, Social Events, or any other defined ‘events’ and Payment information—at no additional charge.

DP Management will process all advance registrations received at our office. We can print badges from your advance registration Excel or ASCII files. DP Management can: (a) return completed badges to you in your preferred sorted sequence and according to your schedule; (b) mail out badges with your pre-printed/pre-folded insert(s); or, (c) retain all badges in computer memory for printing out on-site via re-call. A bar code on all badges is an option which allows you to offer efficient electronic lead collection systems to your exhibitors.
